How to lose water weight for a weigh in tonight?

Does anyone know of a way that I can lose as much water weight as possible in just a few hours. I have to make weight tonight and need to be down about 5 pounds.
So basically I will dehydrate my body to make weight and then after I will rehydrate so I will not get sick?

What is the fastest way to lose water weight? Just by drinking lots of water to flush everything out? I think that is at least what 3-5 lbs. is on me and i know you can lose water weight fast. Thanks. Also, does green tea make you lose weight?

Yes – the best way to ensure that your body is not retaining water is to drink plenty of water. And I do mean water – not pop etc. etc. When you do not have enough water in your system your body holds on to all it has – hence bloat.

A normal sized person requires 8 8oz glasses each day. I’ve also been told that one should add a glass for every 25 lbs overweight you are. Another formula I’ve heard is drink 1/2 your body weight in oz’s each day. So a 200lb person should drink 100 oz’s of water.

Also, what is a good way to lose water weight, and bloating from drinking a lot of water or beer???

drinking water will make you feel more full and less likely to eat more. Exercising will help eliminate water weight and the bloating. Most people will not drink water more than their body weight can handle. Drinking water will flush the beer over a period of time.

What is the easiest way to lose water weight?

Just need to lose some bloat and water weight. I eat somewhat healthy, drink lots of water, and am trying to stay away from salt (but it’s hard!) Any suggestions to lose water weight quickly?
Oh, and I do not want to use over the counter medicine or diet pills.
